You can easily return the products you have purchased either from the physical or from our online store (hereinafter COMPANY) because you simply changed your mind, without stating the reasons, within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

The exercise of your right regarding the withdrawal from the distance contracts (Law 2251/1994) is governed by the following legal conditions:

 Deadline 14 days
You have the right to withdraw from the sale (hereinafter "Withdrawal") within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day after the delivery of the product to you.

 Unjustified withdrawal
This withdrawal is unjustified, which implies the return of your money without justifying this decision. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to submit your statement of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the above withdrawal deadline expires.

Returned product in excellent condition
You must return the product in the exact condition in which you received it. In particular, the returned product must not have been used, must be in excellent condition ("as new"), just before it is sold and with all the contents of the original packaging (instructions for use, specifications and warranties, etc.).

Written withdrawal statement
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days of your relevant decision to withdraw, by contacting either by email at, or by phone at +30 2103633579 and then return the product to us via by mail to our address: Tsakalov 11, 10673 Athens within [48] hours from the submission of the return form, we will send you via email confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
(a) products which are not eligible for refund for health reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items.
(b) products used
(c) defective products or products in which there is a lack of contracted quality, which are covered by their respective warranties.

The legal consequences of exercising your right of withdrawal from the distance selling contract through the online store are the following:

 Return of products within 14 days from the withdrawal statement
You have the obligation to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you announced your withdrawal. The COMPANY, if you wish, can pick up through the courier company (Courier) the product, to be returned, from the address you will declare, at your own expense, which is estimated at a maximum of 5 € (this amount can be increase when it comes to remote areas).

 Price Return from the COMPANY
Following the withdrawal statement, the COMPANY will refund the price received. In case of debit by credit card, the COMPANY, once it has received the price from the Bank, will inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will take any action.

The COMPANY, following this information, bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the contract concluded between the Bank and the User. In case you have chosen as a way of receiving your order the possibility of "collection from the store", the refund to you will be made from the store of the COMPANY, from which you received your order.

 Reimbursement of delivery costs
Delivery costs are reimbursed excluding the additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the delivery method offered by the COMPANY.


In the event of liability of the COMPANY for a real defect or for a lack of agreed quality of the product ("legal guarantee"), you are entitled at your choice: a) to demand, without your additional charge, the correction or replacement of the product with another, unless one such action is impossible or disproportionate costs are required, b) request a price reduction or c) withdraw from the contract of sale, unless it is an insignificant actual defect. If you choose to correct or replace the product, the COMPANY must make a correction or replacement within a reasonable time. The above statutory rights expire after two years.

In any case you find a defect, you have the opportunity to contact the online store immediately after delivery the same day or the next business day at +30 2103633579 or email If a product is declared defective, the COMPANY expressly reserves the right to diagnose the product as defective by the competent staff.

The COMPANY is released from the above obligations if it notified you and so you knew, the lack or defect in the product.

Contracts through the online store are governed by European and Greek law, in particular by legislation governing issues related to e-commerce, distance selling and consumer protection. Similarly, the website has been created and is controlled by the COMPANY in Volos and is governed by Greek Legislation. 

Any dispute that arises and which stems from the contractual relationship between the COMPANY and the User, competent for its resolution are the competent Courts of Volos.

For out-of-court settlement of the dispute, you can contact the competent bodies for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, e.g. to the General Secretariat for Consumer Affairs of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness (, to the Consumer Ombudsman (, to the Committees for Friendly Settlement of consumer disputes (article 11 of Law 2251/1994) based in the places Municipalities of Greece.
