The online store www.block21.gr can serve customers throughout Greece, Cyprus and other European Union countries. Your order can be picked up in one of the following ways:

A) At your place by Courier company
Your order is shipped by Speedex. Delivery of your order will take place at the address you have assigned to us within seven (7) working days of ordering the product and within ten (10) working days for remote areas.
Shipping costs regardless of weight and volume are 4 €.
Product delivery times are not binding on the online store, as they may be affected by unbalanced factors.

B) Collection from the store
The selection is made upon completion of your order. If you choose to pick up from our store located at 11 Tsakalof Street, 10673, Athens, please note that the delivery time of the order is usually from 1 to 2 working days. This delivery time is not binding for the online store, as it may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
The deadline for collection from the store is set at 7 working days from the date you receive notification of the products' arrival. In any case, it is recommended that you contact the store before arrival, and if it is a gift, you should contact the store immediately to add a return card.

Shipping Charges
The shipping costs of our products cover the shipment of your order to the shipping address stated during the registration of the order and are borne exclusively by the customer.

Shipping Cost by Courier:

• For purchases up to 99€ the shipping charge is 4€.
• For purchases over 99€ there is no shipping charge.
• There may be an additional charge in some remote areas.

Delivery time
The Company delivers to you products that you ordered, no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. If there is a justified delay in the delivery of the order, you must give the Company an additional deadline depending on the circumstances, in order for the delivery to take place. If this is not observed, you have the right to terminate the contract and the Company is obliged to return without undue delay, all the money that had been paid under the contract.
